Ryan Meckfessel concentrates his practice on civil litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals including the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, Judicate West, and FINRA (formerly NASD). Representative matters that Mr. Meckfessel has handled have involved numerous contract disputes including multiple matters involving telecom outside sales agent and wholesale sales agent commission disputes; real property development loans, promissory notes and guaranties; construction, real property excavation and easement disputes; professional negligence; business torts; securities claims; disputes involving asset purchase, non-solicitation, and procurement, storage and delivery agreements; intellectual property licensing; real property and leasing claims; international joint venture disputes; disputes stemming from California’s energy deregulation and contract disputes involving highly-regulated industries and public utilities; and insurance coverage disputes, subrogation claims and indemnification rights.
Mr. Meckfessel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Litigation Section of the California Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of San Francisco Inn of Court.
